Our Process
Once we have connected, we will set up a time to meet to discuss what your vision is and what we need to do to achieve it.
Our team will explain, in great detail, how the entire process will unfold so that there are no surprises! When we work on specific areas in a home or building, that is currently being lived in, we make sure to section off our "work zone" so that minimal dust escapes into the home. Of course, some will, but we promise to vacuum our way out each day and leave the house cleaner than when we arrived. Renovations can be stressful, so our focus is to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone, We will set up "walk-through" days where our team leader will discuss the progress that has been made so far, and our plans for the upcoming days. We do this to ensure that the client, YOU, are pleased with the progress of work so far. This is also very important because we want to know if there is anything we could be doing to make the experience even better. We offer a warranty on everything we do and stand behind our work! Preconstruction Design
We offer In house architectural drawings. We can quickly create detailed and precise drawings that are easily revised and adjusted to meet the needs of any project.
Design & Construction Estimate
Once we have met with you in person we will begin working on your estimate and provide design drawings when necessary.
On-Site Consultations
Our team leader will schedule meetings with you as the job progresses to go over what has been done, our next steps, and to ensure everything is to your liking thus far. These meetings are very important to us because If there is anything we could be doing better we would love to know! :)
